Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. We can reprint tickets on venue ticket stock, non-Warehouse commemorative ticket stock. The reprinted ticket is not eligible for Warehouse privileges such as Early Entry.
The Warehouse member must provide proof (such as a picture of damaged tickets).
Ticket reprint requests must be received prior to the show date by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the “event date/venue DAMAGED tickets” (7.4 SPAC DAMAGED tickets) in the subject title. Always include your Warehouse membership ID# in email correspondence.
The Warehouse cannot guarantee reprints.
