What if FedEx loses my tickets?

If you do NOT receive your tickets and they appear lost via DELIVERY TRACKING link on your Ticket Status page, contact FedEx with your delivery tracking number to create a search. If FedEx fails to locate your Warehouse Ticket package, email whtix@davematthewsband.com with the event date/issue/membership id# (for example: 7.4 FedEx lost-3333333) in the subject title.
