Members can change the ship address prior to the deadline listed in the Estimated Ship Dates window of the Ticket Status page. To change the ship address visit the Ticketing page, proceed to the Ticket Status tab, click on the red CHECK link under the PAYMENT/SHIP DETAIL column. Enter the new shipping address information and confirm by clicking the >MODIFY< button at the bottom of the page. Shipping addresses are applicable for all shows within one Series.
If the amendment deadline has passed, but it is prior to the package ship date, please email email@example.com and provide the new address. We will amend the address detail for you.
If the package has left the Warehouse, members will need to contact FedEx or use FedEx Delivery Manager to ReRoute the ticket package. With FedEx Delivery Manager, Warehouse users can learn about upcoming deliveries and request status updates. You can also select options such as Hold at FedEx Location, request a vacation hold, or provide specific instructions, such as; back door. To learn more/sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager, please go to www.fedex.com/us/delivery.
The Warehouse can also ReRoute your Warehouse tickets for you. There is a $20 fee.
Please note that changing a ticket shipment address does NOT affect your membership profile address (annual membership package), and vice versa > amending MY INFO address will NOT affect Ticket Shipments. To amend profile address, please proceed to MY INFO (top, right-hand corner of the Warehouse HOME page).
