email SUBJECT * Help us out!

Please do NOT email the Membership Department with a subject line:  "Membership"
Please do NOT email the Ticketing Department with a subject line:  "Tickets"

  HELP US OUT  > give us DETAILS especially in the SUBJECT title.  For example, we receive an email during an ongoing presale > subject title Ticket Status .  We assume the email is in regards to a request for the ongoing presale.  But upon further investigation, the email is in fact regarding an events TICKET SHIPment that is MIA.  The capitalized words < would be a great subject title to alert us quickly by scanning only subject titles within our many emails received.  Therefore, help us with a short SUBJECT title referring to the specific issue.  Thank you

All Departments:
  • Membership id#
Ticketing Department:
  • Event Date
  • Issue
    • 8.28 tix MIA dmbf#
Merchandise Department:
  • Order #
Your membership ID# can be found in >MY INFO< located at the very top, right-hand corner of Warehouse HOME page.
