AMEND ticket shipment ADDRESS

Warehouse members have the ability to change ticket shipment information shortly after seat assignments post and approximately three weeks prior to the first event ship date within the series.
 
Please proceed to:
  1. TICKETING
  2. TICKET STATUS
  3. Payment/Shipping Details
  4. check
  5. make changes
  6. scroll to bottom of page & select Modify Changes
This amendment will affect ALL events within the particular series.  

If shipping to a work place or to someone other than yourself, please be sure to put the 'c/o information' in the first address field as the package automatically defaults to the Warehouse membership account name.

If you are LOCKED OUT from making ship address changes, email whtix@davematthewsband.com the OLD & NEW address.  Whtix can amend up until ONE DAY prior to Shipping. 

If the address needs to change after shipping has commenced, you will need to contact FedEx or use FedEx Delivery Manager to set up a ReRoute.
