- Payment/Shipping Details
- make changes
- scroll to bottom of page & select Modify Changes
If shipping to a work place or to someone other than yourself, please be sure to put the 'c/o information' in the first address field as the package automatically defaults to the Warehouse membership account name.
If you are LOCKED OUT from making ship address changes, email firstname.lastname@example.org the OLD & NEW address. Whtix can amend up until ONE DAY prior to Shipping.
If the address needs to change after shipping has commenced, you will need to contact FedEx or use FedEx Delivery Manager to set up a ReRoute.
